Completing a booking (Open Group or Private Event) confirms your reservation for the selected date and time. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your spot, as indicated at checkout.

Open Group Events and Private Events may be cancelled up to 7 business days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

Exception — "Under the Stars of the Negev" (September 3, 2026): cancellations are accepted only until August 20, 2026. After this date, no refund will be issued.

Our astronomy evenings take place outdoors, at night, on desert terrain. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, including suitable footwear and clothing, and following the guide's instructions at all times. Naomi Bamidbar cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants with a health condition that may be affected by walking on uneven terrain, cold temperatures, or nighttime conditions should inform us before booking.

Astronomy evenings depend on weather and sky conditions beyond our control (cloud cover, wind, sandstorms, etc.). If an event must be postponed or cancelled due to weather, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund, at the client's choice. Partial cloud cover or reduced visibility on a scheduled evening does not, by itself, entitle participants to a refund, as some level of observation and the accompanying explanations are still provided.

Photos and videos may be taken during group or private events for use on our website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you do not wish to appear in these photos, please let your guide know at the start of the event.
