Full payment in advance is required. A booking is confirmed after payment is received and
the date is finalized.
Cancellation or changes must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email. The cancellation
date is determined by the time the notice is received.
Cancellation up to 7 business days before the tour: refund subject to applicable cancellation
fees under the law.
Less than 7 business days: no refund, but (subject to availability) one rescheduling within
60 days or transfer to another participant is allowed.
Cancellation up to 2 business days before the tour: refund subject to applicable fees.
Less than 2 business days: no refund, but (subject to availability) one rescheduling within
60 days is allowed.
If cancelled due to weather, safety considerations, site closure, or force majeure, clients may
choose between an alternative date or a refund.
Cancellation fees may apply according to law. For credit card payments, actual processing
fees may be deducted. Refunds are generally issued via the original payment method.
